Why TTP?
The decision to start the company was based on a desire to help smaller businesses and home users who have no access to the specialist advice and support found in larger organisations, or help those who have suffered from patchy, uncoordinated IT support. With this in mind, the TTP focus is on providing a comprehensive range of top-quality, innovative and cost-effective IT support services for all the various combinations of computer technologies that our customers need and use.
We understand that everyone’s computer technology needs are different. With our knowledge and expertise, we can provide a considered, practical assessment of your IT needs at very competitive prices. All technical solutions are tailored to you or your business and will help to maximise your IT potential.
We take great pride in our work: we pay attention to detail and there’s no room for compromise when it comes to providing the best solution.
We are a technical team and pride ourselves on listening to our customers. We are not pushy and you will not receive a deal-oriented response or approach from us. We will always try to get the best performance from your existing equipment.
We have more than thirty years combined experience in IT and we are still learning and gathering professional accreditation’s from companies such as Microsoft and VMware to name a few. TTP is a Microsoft Silver Partner, Microsoft Registered Refurbisher, Dell Partner and VMware Professional Partner.
Our service offerings are unique, such as a loan W10 laptop if your PC or laptop needs to come in for a repair or upgrade, a “No Fix, No Fee” policy for home users and a free IT audit for the business community. Being a Microsoft Silver Partner also enables TTP to offer a free 30-day trial of Microsoft’s cloud-based services: Office 365 and Intune.
Where is TTP based?
TTP is based in Princes Risborough, near Aylesbury, in Buckinghamshire, and is well-positioned to offer technical support services throughout Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and London.
The location enables us to provide realistic response times should on-site technical support and assistance be required. However, we can support clients remotely, either direct to PC via the internet or over the phone, so distance isn’t a barrier to quality support.
